At CalorMe AI, we believe you should have full control over your personal data. This page explains the choices available to you and how to exercise your privacy rights.

Data You Can Manage

Your Rights

Export Your Data

You can export all of your data at any time in JSON format.

Open CalorMe AI
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Settings
Scroll to Data Management
Tap Export Data

Your data will be downloaded as a JSON file containing all your meals, weight entries, exercise logs, and account information.

Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete all of your data and account from within the app.

Open CalorMe AI
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Settings
Scroll to Data Management
Tap Delete All Data
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Please note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your meal history, weight entries, exercise logs, saved foods, and account data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Manage Email Preferences

You can opt in or out of marketing emails at any time.

Open CalorMe AI
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Edit Profile
Toggle the Email marketing option

Manage Notifications

You can control meal reminders and notifications.

Open CalorMe AI
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Settings
Manage your Meal Reminders preferences

Cancel Your Subscription

If you have an active CalorMe AI Premium subscription, you can cancel it at any time through your device's subscription management:

Cancelling your subscription will not delete your data. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Request Data Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your CalorMe AI account.
