By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CalorMe AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and this End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

CalorMe AI offers two service tiers:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you initially paid.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your current subscription period ends. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
If we offer a free trial, the trial period will be specified at the time of sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the premium service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.
